油酰化改性木质素制备耐湿热型环氧树脂胶黏剂

摘　　要：以亲水性木质素磺酸盐为原料,利用油酰氯进行疏水改性,再用环氧氯丙烷环改性,制得油酰化木质素基环氧树脂胶黏剂。将此环氧树脂与市售环氧树脂共混使用,检测其在不同水环境下的防水性能。通过红外光谱仪、环氧值测定分析改性前后木质素基环氧树脂的化学结构变化和环氧改性程度;利用光学接触角测定仪、差示扫描量热仪对新型环氧树脂胶黏剂的疏水性、热稳定性进行了表征;采用万能剪切拉力机测定了不同环境使用的耐湿热环氧树脂黏接样品的剪切拉力。在油酰化改性程度为43.94%时,耐蚀性环氧树脂胶黏剂拉伸剪切强度达10.65 MPa,在水中浸泡12 h后拉伸剪切强度仍保持在10.27 MPa,在沸水中浸泡12 h后拉伸剪切强度仍可达到9.07 MPa。油酰化改性成功在羟基位接入疏水长链分子,并明显提高产品环氧树脂胶黏剂的疏水性,提高了木质素基环氧树脂胶黏剂的防水性能。Oleoyl lignin based epoxy resin adhesive(OLERA)was prepared from hydrophilic lignosulfonate through hydrophobic modification of with oleoyl chloride and epoxy modification with epichlorohydrin.The waterproof performance of epoxy resin in different water environments was analyzed after mixed with commercial epoxy resin.The chemical structure of lignin-based epoxy resin(OLEP)and the degree of epoxy modification were analyzed by FT-IR and epoxy value measurement,while its hydrophobicity and thermal stability was characterized by contact angle tester and differential thermal analyzer.The shear force of the wet and heat resistant epoxy resin bonded samples under different environments was measured by universal shear tension machine.The tensile strength of the corrosion resistant epoxy resin adhesive was 10.65 MPa when the oil acylation degree was 43.94%.The tensile strength were 10.27 and 9.07 MPa after soaking in water for 12 h and boiling water for 12 h,respectively.The hydrophobic long chains were successfully connected with the hydroxyl group,which would enhance the hydrophobicity and the water-proof performance of the epoxy resin adhesive.
