摘 要:采用尿素溶剂法溶解棉秆皮微晶纤维素制备纺丝液。以湿法纺丝和冷冻干燥制备棉秆皮微晶纤维素/壳聚糖气凝胶多孔纤维,用于吸附废弃染液中的刚果红。单因素法分析了壳聚糖添加量及吸附条件对染料刚果红吸附量的影响,并利用吸附动力学模型和吸附热力学模型进行模拟。结果表明,在7%NaOH/12%尿素水溶液中,当微晶纤维素与壳聚糖质量比4∶3、凝固时间1 h时,制备的气凝胶纤维性能最好;当断裂强度为0.41 cN/tex、染料初始质量浓度为250 mg/L时,对刚果红的吸附量达到最大,为48.75 mg/g。对气凝胶纤维进行扫描电镜表征,说明添加了壳聚糖的纤维孔径更大,更利于吸附刚果红染料废水。吸附过程符合Ho准二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附热力学模型。The spinning solution was prepared by dissolving microcrystalline cellulose from cotton stalk peel with urea solvent.The cotton stalk skin microcrystalline cellulose/chitosan aerogel porous fiber was prepared by wet spinning and freeze drying,which was used to adsorb Congo red from waste dye liquor.The single factor method was used to analyze the influence of chitosan addition and adsorption conditions on the adsorption capacity of Congo red dye,and the adsorption kinetic model and adsorption thermodynamic model were used for simulation.The results showed that in the dissolution system with 7%NaOH and 12%urea water solution,the prepared aerogel fiber had the best performances when the mass ratio of microcrystalline cellulose to chitosan was 4∶3 and the solidification time was 1 h.When the breaking strength is 0.41 cN/tex and the initial mass concentration of dye is 250 mg/L,the adsorption capacity of Congo red could reach to 48.75 mg/g.SEM characterization of the aerogel fiber showed that the pore diameter of the fiber added with chitosan was larger,which was more conducive to the adsorption of Congo red dye wastewater.The adsorption process conforms to Ho quasi-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir adsorption thermodynamic model.
