摘 要:以聚丙烯腈(PAN)为基质,绿光CDs(G-CDs)作为发光材料,利用静电纺丝工艺制备出具有蓝绿色荧光的G-CDs@PAN薄膜。通过表征分析了G-CDs@PAN薄膜的形貌、结构和荧光性能。结果表明:G-CDs@PAN薄膜具有网状纤维结构;由于纤维内部具有良好的空间位阻,可有效分散并固定G-CDs颗粒,使其在固态下仍保留其固有的荧光特性;G-CDs@PAN薄膜在紫外光下呈现明亮稳定的蓝绿色荧光;最佳发射波长为505 nm,且具有优异的激发无关性。经过相关测试,该发光薄膜用做荧光标识在显示与照明领域具有良好的应用前景。Using polyacrylonitrile(PAN) as the matrix and green-emitting CDs(G-CDs) as the luminescent material, two-dimensional structured G-CDs@PAN film with blue-green emission was fabricated by electrospinning process. The morphology, structure, and fluorescence properties of G-CDs@PAN film were analyzed by different characterizations. The results show that the G-CDs@PAN film has a fibrous structure. Due to the good steric hindrance inside fibers, G-CDs particles can be effectively dispersed and fixed, so that the G-CDs in solid state retain their inherent fluorescence properties. The maximum emission of G-CDs@PAN film is located at 505 nm with the blue-green fluorescence and excellent excitation independence. After relevant tests, the luminescent film used as fluorescent labels has a good application prospect in the field of display and lighting.
