摘 要:为探究饮酒对肠道微生物多样性特征及形成演替的影响机制,通过4个月的监控,调查了长期饮酒组和空白对照组各20人的肠道常见菌属-粪杆菌属(Faecalibacterium)、拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)、罗氏菌属(Roseburia)、双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)和布劳特氏菌属(Blautia)的特征。结果表明,长期酒精摄入可以产生肠道菌群的中度扰动,引起较强的微生物种群的随机生长响应,并伴随着强烈的微生物种内和种间竞争随机过程、基质的生产和消耗随机过程,它们有效地减弱了各个微生物种群波动的自相关性和互相关性,肠道菌群多样性降低且有紊乱的趋势;非长期饮酒者肠道微生物群落中的各菌种数量呈现异步趋同波动,在具有正态分布随机参数的系统动力学模型和大量的Monte Carlo仿真实验基础上确证了研究结果。In order to explore the influence mechanism of alcohol consumption on gut microbial diversity characteristics and its formation of succession, the characteristics of common gut bacteria including Faecalibacterium, Bacteroides, Roseburia, Bifidobacterium and Blautia were investigated in 20 individuals in each of the long-term Baijiu consumption group and the blank control group through 4 months monitoring. The results showed that chronic alcohol intake could produce gut flora moderate disturbance, cause strong random growth response of microbial populations, and be accompanied by strong intraspecific and interspecific competition of random process, the substrate production and consumption of random process,which effectively reduced the autocorrelation and intercorrelation of individual microbial population fluctuations. The diversity of gut flora decreased and showed a disorder tend. The number of each species in the gut microcommunity of non-chronic drinkers showed asynchronous convergence fluctuation, which was confirmed by a system dynamics model with normal distribution random parameters and extensive Monte carlo simulation experiments.
