摘　　要：聚氧乙烯无毒、无刺激性,同时具有良好的粘接性、润滑性和热稳定性。文章研究了一种以聚氧乙烯为原料的功能性涂料,并且将它用作印制板钻孔用涂膜垫板的表面涂膜。结果表明,涂膜可以使钻针不易打滑,提高钻孔位置精度,满足使用要求。POE is non-toxic and non irritating,and has good adhesion,lubricity and thermal stability.We have developed a functional coating with POE as raw material,and it is used surfacing coating of coated backing plate for PCB drilling.The results show that coating can make the drill needle not easy to slip,improve the accuracy of drilling position,meet the use requirements.
