摘　　要：栏目建设是学报编辑工作的核心环节,是办好学报的根本问题之一,在学报高质量发展中发挥着学术导向的指挥棒效应。基于期刊栏目设置的一般原则和云南省高校学报与优质样本高校学报栏目建设的对比,聚焦云南省地州高校学报栏目建设的内部和外部困境,从主动融入高校学科专业建设、主动回应政治经济社会需求、主动形塑编辑人员系统思维、主动强化学报质量管控流程提出“四主动”优化策略。Column construction is the core link of the journal editing work,and it is one of the funda⁃mental problems of running the journal well.It plays the baton effect of academic orientation in the high quality development of the journal.Based on the general principles of periodical column setting and the comparison between the journal of colleges and universities in Yunnan Province and the journal of high-quality sample colleges and universities,this paper focuses on the internal and external difficul⁃ties of the journal of colleges and universities in Yunnan Province.This paper puts forward the“four ini⁃tiatives”optimization strategy from actively integrating into the discipline construction,actively re⁃sponding to the political,economic and social needs,actively shaping the systematic thinking of editors and actively strengthening the quality control process of the journal.
