摘  要:仲裁调解是我国劳动争议处理制度中的重要一环,在注重社会治理的背景下发挥着重要作用。通过分析北京市X区2020年仲裁调解结案数据发现:仲裁调解对户籍歧视和用人单位强势方面有弥合作用,但在性别、个体劳动争议等方面还存在制度弥合不足。建议从重视女性劳动者权益维护、增加用人单位仲裁信息披露等方面进一步进行制度规制。Arbitration and mediation is an important part of our labor dispute processing system,which plays an important role in the background of social governance.Through the analysis of the arbitration and mediation settlement data of District X of Beijing in 2020,it is found that arbitration and mediation have a bridging effect on household registration discrimination and employer strength,but there are still insufficient system bridging in gender and individual labor disputes.It is suggested to attach importance to the protection of the rights and interests of female workers and increase the disclosure of arbitration information of employers.
