摘　　要：结合海南自贸港建设工作的开展情况,通过政法职业学院同海南省消防救援总队的创新合作,创办相对较为独立的消防救援学院,积极构建完善的全方位人才培养模式,以此进一步加强大专院校消防专业建设过程中校企合作的力度,加快改进消防专业人才培养模式,大力拓宽消防专业同相关行业的交流渠道,密切增强消防专业与地方企业间的联系,实现专业技能与社会生产实践的有效结合。Combined with the development of the construction of Hainan's free trade port,through the innovative cooperation between the college and the Hainan Provincial Fire Rescue Corps,the establishment of a relatively independent fire rescue college,and actively build a perfect all-round talent training mode,so as to further strengthen the strength of school-enterprise cooperation in the construction process of the firefighting profession in colleges and universities,accelerate the improvement of the training mode of firefighting professionals,vigorously broaden the firefighting profession and related In this way,we can further strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the construction process of firefighting majors in colleges and universities,accelerate the improvement of the training mode of firefighting majors,vigorously expand the communication channels between firefighting majors and related industries,closely enhance the connection between firefighting majors and local enterprises,and realize the effective combination of professional skills and social production practice.
