农村防火存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：针对农村地区严峻的防火形势,从农村火灾隐患成因、基础消防设施建设情况和村民的消防意识三个方面分析当前农村地区主要存在的防火问题,提出建设“县消防救援大队—中心村镇消防站—各村消防点”的三级灭火力量体系、完善农村消防建设规划以及加强农村消防安全管理的防火对策,希望能够对提升农村地区的消防安全、降低农村地区火灾造成的人员伤亡及财产损失起到一定的指导作用。In view of the severe fire prevention situation in rural areas,the main fire prevention problems in rural areas are analyzed from three aspects:the causes of fire hazards in rural areas,the construction of infrastructure fire facilities and the villagers'fire prevention awareness.The paper puts forward the construction of a three-level fire fighting force system of"county fire and rescue section—town fire station—village fire fighting point",the improvement of rural fire fighting construction planning and the fire prevention countermeasures to strengthen rural fire safety management.It is hoped that it can play a certain guiding role in improving fire safety in rural areas and reducing casualties and property losses caused by fires in rural areas.
