摘 要:为探讨网购冷冻沙丁鱼的细菌卫生问题,采用棉拭子从沙丁鱼体表和腹腔内表面提取样本,在预还原琼脂平板上37℃过夜培养。挑取典型优势单菌落进行细菌分离鉴定,通过细菌革兰氏染色形态观察,生理生化检测和16S rDNA序列测定。结果表明,体表分离菌株为树状类芽孢杆菌,腹腔表面分离菌株为福氏志贺氏菌,后者是引起人类细菌性食物中毒的常见病原菌种。福氏志贺氏菌对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、先锋Ⅴ、氯霉素敏感,对复方新诺明、青霉素、卡那霉素和庆大霉素耐药。In order to investigate the bacterial hygiene of frozen sardine purchased online,cotton swabs were used to extract samples from the body surface and abdominal cavity surface of sardines,which was cultured on pre-reduced agar plates at 37℃overnight.The typical dominant single colonies were selected for bacterial isolation and identification.The morphological observation of bacterial Gram staining,physiological and biochemical detection and 16S rDNA sequence determination were carried out.The results showed that the isolated strain from body surface was Paenibacillus arborescens,and the isolated strain from abdominal cavity surface was Shigella flexneri,the later was a common pathogen causing human bacterial food poisoning.Shigella flexneri was sensitive to ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,Xianfeng V and chloramphenicol,but resistant to compound sulfamethoxazole,penicillin,kanamycin and gentamycin.
