摘　　要：目的:探讨高效免费避孕措施在广东省的普及现状,为拟定药具服务管理工作方案提供科学依据.方法:针对全省2019-2021年的高效免费避孕服务情况及全省节育手术开展情况进行对比分析.结果:在全省免费避孕措施的服务人群中,高效免费避孕措施服务人数占比较低,在2020年已开展的节育手术中,放置宫内节育器(IUD)手术占比(12.6%)低于全国平均水平(17.0%),而人工流产术占比(73.0%)却高于全国平均水平(61.0%);在已施行的放置IUD手术中,免费IUD占比仅为36.8%.结论:为进一步提高广东省育龄妇女的生殖健康水平,可借助各级医疗卫生机构开展流产后避孕与产后避孕项目的有利契机,提升服务质量,推动区域化管理,扩大高效免费避孕服务的社会覆盖面.Objective:To explore of the current situation of the popularization of high-efficiency and free contraceptive measures in Guangdong province,and to provide scientific evidences for formulating the next step of the management plans of the contraceptive service.Methods:The situations of high-efficient and free contraceptive service and the contraceptive operations in the Guangdong province from 2019 to 2021 were statistically contrastive analyzed.Results:In the people with free effective contraceptive services in Guangdong province,the proportion of high-efficient contraceptive used is relatively low.Among the birth control operations carried out in 2020,the proportion of IUD inserted in Guangdong province was 12.6%,which was lower than that(17.0%)of the national average level,while the proportion of induced abortion was 73.0%,which was higher than that(61.0%)of the national average level.In the women with IUD used,only 36.8% women had been inserted free IUD.Conclusion:In order to further improve the reproductive health level of women of childbearing age in Guangdong province,the service quality should be improved,the regionalized management should be promoted,and the social coverage of efficient and free contraceptive services should be expanded based on the advantage of the favorable opportunity that medical and health institutions at all levels carry out PAC and PPC projects.
