翘嘴鳜鱼池塘养殖技术研究

摘　　要：翘嘴鳜鱼又名桂花鱼、季花鱼,在分类学上属于鲈形目、鱼旨科、鳜鱼属。翘嘴鳜鱼肉质鲜嫩、味道鲜美、蛋白质含量高,是一种珍贵水产品,深受消费者青睐。前郭县余热鱼苗繁殖场作为实验基地,根据翘嘴鳜鱼的不同生长阶段,食物结构和摄食规律变化,采用池塘主养翘嘴鳜鱼养殖、池塘套养翘嘴鳜鱼养殖等方法,分析在不同放养密度下,饵料鱼投放的量及池塘主养和搭配混养模式。Mandarin fish,also known as Sinipercachuatsi or osmanthusfish,belongs to the order Perciformes,fish family,mandarin fish genus.Mandarin fish is a kind of precious aquatic product with fresh meat,delicious taste and high protein content,which is favored by consumers.Qianguo County’s Yure fish breeding farm was used as the experimental base.According to the changes of food structure and feeding law of mandarin fish in different stages of growth,the methods of man cultivation and mixed cultivation in the pond were adopted to analyze the amount of feed fish put in and the mode of main culture and mixed culture in the pond.
