摘  要:以谷子品种B210为研究对象,试验测算穗下节的弯曲强度、弹性模量、抗弯刚度和剪切强度等生物力学指标及植株形态指标值,应用R语言编写程序进行相关性分析。偏相关分析结果表明,弯曲强度、弹性模量与株高、穗含水率呈显著负相关,抗弯刚度与穗长呈显著负相关,剪切强度与穗长呈显著正相关;回归分析给出穗下节各生物力学指标与形态指标的回归方程;典型相关分析得到3对典型变量,可描述生物力学指标与形态指标的整体相关性。研究方法与结果可为生物力学性质的预测及评价提供依据。Taking foxtail millet B210 as the research object,the biomechanical properties such as bending strength,elastic modulus,bending stiffness,shear strength and plant morphological traits of the subpanicle node were tested and calculated.The R language program was used to analyze the relationship between the biomechanical properties and the morphological traits.The results of partial correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between bending strength,elastic modulus and plant height and ear moisture content,a significant negative correlation between bending stiffness and ear length,and a significant positive correlation between shear strength and ear length.The regression equation of biomechanical index and morphological index was given by regression analysis,and three pairs of typical variables were obtained by canonical correlation analysis,which can describe the overall correlation between biomechanical index and morphological index.The research methods and results can provide a basis for the prediction and evaluation of biomechanical properties.
