以党建为引领的美丽新乡村建设实践与启示——以广东省乡村治理示范村晨洲村为例

摘　　要：“农村富不富,关键看支部”。实现乡村振兴伟大的战略目标必须把基层党组织建设得坚强有力,坚强有力的党组织是党建引领乡村振兴的核心和保障。汕尾市城区晨洲村坚持党建引领,始终把党的力量挺在第一线、扎根在最前沿,助推基层党建和乡村振兴深度融合、互动互促。晨洲村通过充分基层党组织战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用,即主线发力,坚强组织保证;多点并发,推动强村富民;平台搭建,提升治理效能等措施,为推动新时代党建引领乡村振兴提出可行性路径。"Whether the countryside is rich or not depends on the branch." To achieve the great strategic goal of rural revitalization,we must build grass-roots Party organizations into a strong and powerful Party organization,which is the core and guarantee for the party building to lead the rural revitalization.Chenzhou Village in the urban area of Shanwei City adheres to the leadership of Party building,always putting the strength of the Party in the front line and taking root at the forefront,helping to promote the deep integration and interaction between grass-roots Party building and rural revitalization.Chenzhou Village through full grass-roots Party organizations fighting fortress role and Party members’ vanguard and exemplary role,that is,the main line of strength,strong organization guarantee;multi-point concurrency to promote the village to enrich the people;platform construction,enhance governance efficiency and other measures,thus providing a feasible path for promoting the Party building to lead the rural revitalization in the new era.
