乡村振兴背景下广西农村环境问题及对策研究

摘　　要：随着广西农村经济持续发展,对环境资源的利用力度也日益增强,工业农业生产废弃物污染,农村居民生活废弃物污染,第二、第三产业的快速发展所带来的污染问题等给农村生态环境造成了巨大的压力,严重影响了农村社会的可持续发展和民众的身心健康。因此,在乡村振兴战略的背景下,针对这些污染问题,从基础设施、村民主体、政府部门及构建绿色循环产业链4个方面提出对策和措施,积极解决广西农村环境污染问题,从环境保护角度为乡村振兴战略提供参考。With the sustainable development of rural economy in Guangxi,the utilization of environmental resources is also increasing,including industrial and agricultural production waste pollution,rural residents’ daily waste pollution,the pollution problems brought about by the rapid development of the secondary and tertiary industries have caused tremendous pressure on the rural ecological environment,and seriously affected the sustainable development of rural society and the physical and mental health of the people.Therefore,in the context of the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper puts forward countermeasures and measures from four aspects:infrastructure,the main body of villagers,government departments and the construction of green circular industrial chain,so as to actively solve the problem of environmental pollution in rural areas of Guangxi,so as to provide reference for rural revitalization strategy from the perspective of environmental protection.
