摘　　要：党的十九大提出了乡村振兴战略,而农民才是真正了解农村的人,是实施乡村振兴的重要驱动力,乡村振兴战略下聚焦农民思想政治教育对于乡村产业振兴、生态振兴、文明振兴、治理振兴和农民生活富裕具有重要意义。然而现阶段,农民思想政治教育面临缺乏完善体制、投入保障较少和专职人才不足等现实困境。因此,基于构建科学体制、强化投入保障和加强人才队伍建设等优化对策,有助于农民思想价值转化,为乡村振兴赋能助力。The 19th CPC National Congress put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and farmers are the people who really understand the countryside and are the important driving force for the implementation of rural rejuvenation.Under the rural revitalization strategy,focusing on farmers’ ideological and political education is of great significance to the revitalization of rural industry,ecology,civilization,governance and the well-off life of farmers.However,at the present stage,farmers’ ideological and political education is faced with practical difficulties such as lack of perfect system,less investment guarantee,lack of full-time talents and so on.Therefore,based on the optimization countermeasures such as building a scientific system,strengthening the guarantee of investment and strengthening the construction of talent team,it is helpful to transform the ideological value of farmers and contribute to the revitalization of the countryside.
