摘 要:为了得到凸轮轴轴承的负荷情况,基于相关动力学仿真模型,对某样机的气门链系统和齿轮驱动系统进行建模,得到凸轮轴在气门链和驱动端的瞬态受力,随后将这些力分解到各个支撑处,得到各个支撑处的瞬态受力,最后根据轴承的尺寸研究得到凸轮轴轴承的比压等性能指标。研究结果表明,凸轮轴轴承负荷明显小于曲轴、连杆等轴承负荷,驱动系统对凸轮轴轴承的负荷有很大的影响,但是只影响靠近驱动端的两个轴承,该计算研究结论可以为类似发动机凸轮轴轴承的设计提供参考依据。In order to obtain the load of camshaft bearing,based on correlation dynamics simulation model,the valve train system and gear drive system of a prototype are modeled,the instantaneous forces on the valve train and drive end of camshaft are obtained.Then,these forces are decomposed into each support to obtain the instantaneous force at each support.Finally,the specific pressure and other performance of camshaft bearing are calculated according to the bearing sizes.The research results show that the camshaft bearing load is significantly less than the crankshaft and connecting rod bearing loads.The driving system has a great impact on the camshaft bearing load,but only affects the two bearings near the driving end.This calculation and research conclusion can provide a reference basis for the design of camshaft bearing of similar engines.
