摘  要:为了提高新能源汽车用胶粘剂的热稳定性、介电性能和粘接性能,对双酚A型氰酸酯树脂胶粘剂进行了改性处理,研究了羟基数量(苯酚、对苯二酚、间苯二酚和间苯三酚)对胶粘剂固化温度、转化率和各项性能的影响。结果表明:4种酚改性胶粘剂的最大放热峰温度(T_(p))都低于未改性的乙酰丙酮钴/氰酸酯,且对苯二酚/乙酰丙酮钴/氰酸酯的最大放热峰温度最低;酚改性胶粘剂的800℃时焦炭产量(R_(w))和动态储存模量都高于未改性胶粘剂,且对苯二酚/乙酰丙酮钴/氰酸酯的R_(w)最大。酚改性胶粘剂的玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))、介电常数(D_(k))都小于乙酰丙酮钴/氰酸酯,介电损耗(D_(f))与乙酰丙酮钴/氰酸酯相当。改性胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度从大至小依次为:对苯二酚/乙酰丙酮钴/氰酸酯、间苯二酚/乙酰丙酮钴/氰酸酯、间苯三酚/乙酰丙酮钴/氰酸酯、苯酚/乙酰丙酮钴/氰酸酯、乙酰丙酮钴/氰酸酯。4种酚改性胶粘剂中,对苯二酚/乙酰丙酮钴/氰酸酯的综合性能最好。In order to improve the thermal stability,dielectric properties and bonding properties of the adhesive for new energy vehicles,the bisphenol A cyanate ester resin adhesive was modified,and the effects of the number of hydroxyl groups(phenol,hydroquinone,resorcinol and phloroglucinol)on the curing temperature,conversion rate and various properties of the adhesive were studied.The results show that the maximum exothermic peak temperature T_(p)of the four phenol modified adhesives was lower than that of the unmodified CoAt/cyanate ester,and the maximum exothermic peak temperature of hydroquinone/CoAt/cyanate ester was the lowest.The coke yield Rw and dynamic storage modulus of phenol modified adhesive at 800℃were higher than those of unmodified adhesive,and the R_(w)of hydroquinone/CoAt/cyanate ester was the largest.The glass transition temperature and dielectric constant D_(k)of phenol modified adhesive are lower than CoAt/cyanate ester,and the dielectric loss D_(f)is equivalent to CoAt/cyanate ester.The order of tensile shear strength of the modified adhesive is:hydroquinone/CoAt/cyanate ester>resorcinol/CoAt/cyanate ester>phloroglucinol/CoAt/cyanate ester>phenol/CoAt/cyanate ester>CoAt/cyanate ester.Among the four phenol modified adhesives,hydroquinone/CoAt/cyanateester has the best comprehensive properties.
