摘  要:为了合理的使用铝合金材料,研究以6082锻造铝合金控制臂作为主要研究对象,验证热处理对铝合金控制臂的组织及力学性能的影响情况。采用数值模拟结合工艺实验的方法,对6082铝合金控制臂的锻造工艺进行分析。利用热处理技术加工6082铝合金控制臂,将试验样本置于不同的固溶温度环境下进行热处理,该材料的最佳固溶参数为555℃×2 h×5 s。将试验样本置于不同的时效温度环境下进行热处理,该材料的最佳时效参数为170℃×8 h。随着固溶时间和时效时间的不断延长,可提升合金的硬度与强度。In order to rationally use aluminum alloy materials,6082 forged aluminum alloy control arm was taken as the main object to verify the influence of heat treatment on the structure and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy control arm.The forging process of 6082 aluminum alloy control arm was analyzed by means of numerical simulation and process experiment.The 6082 aluminum alloy control arm was processed by heat treatment technology,and the test samples were subjected to heat treatment at different solution temperatures.The optimal solution parameters of the material were 555℃×2 h×5 s.The test samples were placed under different aging temperatures for heat treatment,and the optimal aging parameter of the material was 170℃×8 h.The results show that the hardness and strength of the alloy can be improved with the extension of solution time and aging time.
