摘　　要：讨论如何对散粮集装箱卸箱机进行智能化提升。通过对散粮集装箱卸箱机进行集装箱视觉识别与定位技术,吊具自动抓箱和卸箱技术,吊具防碰撞技术及吊具防摇摆技术等方面研究,从而提升设备的智能化,进而提高卸箱效率,减少安全事故的发生。Discuss how to intelligently lift the bulk grain container unloader.Through the research of visual recognition and positioning technology of bulk grain container unloader,the automatic grabbing and unloading technology of spreader on the container,the anti-collision technology of spreader and the anti-swing technology of spreader,so as to improve the intelligence of equipment,improve the unloading efficiency and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
