下肢血管彩超对老年下肢血管疾病的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的评价下肢血管彩超诊断老年下肢血管疾病的价值,为疾病诊断工作提供参考。方法选取40例老年下肢血管疾病患者作为观察组,另选取40例体检健康者作为对照组。两组受检者均行下肢血管彩超诊断。比较两组受检者下肢动脉狭窄闭塞段检出情况以及股动脉、足背动脉内径与内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果观察组下肢动脉狭窄闭塞段病变1、2、3、4级以及总检出率分别为50.00%、20.00%、15.00%、10.00%、95.00%,均高于对照组的5.00%、2.50%、0、0、7.50%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组股动脉、足背动脉内径比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组股动脉IMT(1.08±0.20)mm、足背动脉IMT(0.50±0.03)mm均大于对照组的(0.90±0.16)、(0.40±0.02)mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢血管彩超用于老年下肢血管疾病诊断中具有较高的诊断价值,疾病检出率较高。Objective To evaluate the value of lower extremity vascular color Doppler ultrasound for the diagnosis of lower extremity vascular diseases in the elderly,so as to provide reference for disease diagnosis.Methods 40 elderly patients with lower extremity vascular disease were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy subjects with physical examination were selected as the control group.Both groups were diagnosed with lower extremity vascular color Doppler ultrasound.The lower extremity arterial stenosis/occlusive lesions,diameters of the femoral artery,the dorsal pedis artery and the carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)were compared between the two groups.Results The lower extremity arterial stenosis/occlusive lesions grade 1,2,3,4 and the total detection rate in the observation group were 50.00%,20.00%,15.00%,10.00%,95.00%,which were higher than 5.00%, 2.50%, 0, 0, 7.50% in the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). When comparing the diameters of femoral artery and dorsalis pedis artery in both groups, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The femoral artery IMT (1.08±0.20) mm and dorsalis pedis artery IMT (0.50±0.03) mm in the observation group were greater than (0.90±0.16) and (0.40±0.02) mm in the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Lower extremity vascular color Doppler ultrasound is of high value for the diagnosis of elderly lower extremity vascular diseases, and the disease detection rate is high.
