血液生化检验标本分析过程中影响检验结果准确性的因素探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨血液生化检验标本分析过程中检验结果准确性的影响因素。方法100例患者(100份)血液生化送检标本,均实施生化检验。以随访观察结果作为参考,总结血液生化检验结果的准确率以及错误率;比较检验准确者与检验错误者标本采集合格率、送检及时率、送检血液量充足率、储存条件恰当率、检验程序合理率、仪器操作正确、操作环境无菌、检验人员工作年限(<2年、2~5年、>5年)等,并进行Logistic回归分析。结果通过随访可知,本组患者中检验准确(检验准确组)94例,检验准确率为94.00%,检验错误(检验错误组)6例,检查错误率为6.00%。检验准确组的标本采集合格率100.00%、送检及时率98.94%;送检血液量充足率100.00%、储存条件恰当率100.00%、检验程序合理率100.00%、仪器操作正确率100.00%均高于检验错误组的50.00%、16.67%、16.67%、83.33%、0、50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,自变量和应变量的赋值为1,标本采集是否合格、送检是否及时、送检血液量是否充足、储存条件是否恰当、检验程序是否合理、仪器操作是否正确是影响血液生化检验结果准确性的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论血液生化检验标本分析过程中影响检验结果准确性的因素包括标本采集是否合格、送检是否及时、送检血液量是否充足、储存条件是否恰当、检验程序是否合理、仪器操作是否正确,建议临床血液生化检验时对规章制度予以严格遵守,尽可能将检验结果的误差风险降低。Objective To discuss the factors influencing the accuracy of blood biochemical test results.Methods Biochemical test was made on 100 blood biochemical specimens collected from 100 patients.The results of follow-up observation were used as reference to summarize the accuracy rate of blood biochemical test results as well as the error rate.The qualified specimen collection rate,timely rate of submission,adequate rate of blood submitted for inspection,storage condition appropriate rate,inspection procedure reasonable rate,correct rate of instrument operation,sterile operating environment,and working years of inspectors(<2 years,2-5 years,>5 years)were compared between patients with accurate test results and those with wrong test results,and Logistic regression analysis was performed.Results It was known by follow-up that the test was accurate in 94 cases(accurate test result group),with an error rate of 94.00%,and the test was wrong in 6 cases(wrong test result group),with an accurate rate of 6.00%.In the accurate test result group,the qualified specimen collection rate was 100.00%,the timely rate of submission was 98.94%,the adequate rate of blood submitted for inspection was 100.00%,the storage condition appropriate rate was 100.00%,the inspection procedure reasonable rate was 100.00%,the correct rate of instrument operation was 100.00%,which were higher than 50.00%,16.67%,16.67%,83.33%,0,and 50.00%in the wrong test result group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent and response variables were assigned a value of 1.Whether the specimen collection was qualified,whether the submission was timely,whether the amount of blood submitted was adequate,whether the storage conditions were appropriate,whether the inspection procedures were reasonable,and whether the instruments were operated correctly were independent influencing factors on the accuracy of blood biochemistry test results(P<0.05).Conclusion The factors influencing the accuracy o
