阿托伐他汀钙片联合常规心血管药物治疗冠心病的效果探究

摘　　要：目的研究阿托伐他汀钙片联合常规心血管药物治疗冠心病的效果。方法72例冠心病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组进行常规心血管药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)(45.79±2.22)%高于对照组的(42.04±2.42)%,左室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI)(51.43±3.33)ml/m2、左室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)(30.16±2.67)ml/m2低于对照组的(55.27±3.06)、(33.69±2.67)ml/m2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规心血管药物治疗基础上联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病可提高疗效,改善患者的心功能,值得推荐。Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with conventional cardiovascular drugs for the treatment of coronary artery disease.Methods A total of 72 patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional cardiovascular drugs,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 72.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(45.79±2.22)%in the observation group was higher than(42.04±2.42)%in the control group;the left ventricular end-diastolic volume index(LVEDVI)(51.43±3.33)ml/m2 and left ventricular end-systolic volume index(LVESVI)(30.16±2.67)ml/m2 in the observation group were lower than(55.27±3.06)and(33.69±2.67)ml/m2 in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of atorvastatin calcium tablets with conventional cardiovascular drug therapy can improve the efficacy of treating coronary heart disease and improve the patient's cardiac function,which is worthy of recommendation.
