健脾补肾增水行舟法治疗双胎妊娠便秘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究健脾补肾增水行舟法治疗双胎妊娠便秘的临床疗效。方法120例因双胎妊娠先兆流产住院进行安胎治疗且合并妊娠便秘的患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用口服乳果糖联合益生菌的方法治疗,观察组采用健脾补肾增水行舟法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后粪便性状评分、不良反应发生情况、治疗后每周自主排便次数。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组粪便性状评分(4.27±1.19)分优于对照组的(3.35±1.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。观察组每周自主排便次数为(4.42±1.45)次,多于对照组的(3.67±1.27)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用健脾补肾增水行舟法治疗双胎妊娠便秘不仅安全而且疗效满意,可为基层中医临床适宜技术的推广应用提供依据。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of spleen-invigorating,kidney-tonifying and water-replenishing method in the treatment of constipation during twin pregnancy.Methods A total of 120 patients who were hospitalized for the treatment of preterm abortion of twin pregnancy and combined with constipation of pregnancy were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral lactulose combined with probiotics,while the observation group was treated with spleen-invigorating,kidney-tonifying and water-replenishing method.The clinical efficacy,stool properties score before and after treatment,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the number of voluntary bowel movements per week after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fecal property score(4.27±1.19)points of the observation group was better than(3.35±1.56)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.The number of spontaneous bowel movements per week was(4.42±1.45)times in the observation group,which was more than(3.67±1.27)times in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Spleen-invigorating,kidney-tonifying and water-replenishing method is not only safe but also effective in treating constipation during twin pregnancy,which can provide basis for the promotion and application of basic clinical appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine.
