摘　　要：通过回顾性分析1例妊娠合并右室双出口孕妇突发心力衰竭的临床资料,总结急救与护理体会。针对孕妇肺动脉压力极高,心力衰竭症状发展快速,需紧急剖宫产手术保证母婴安全等问题,采取快速启动多学科联合救治流程,包括快速识别急性心力衰竭早期症状,搭建多学科救治团队,优化转运流程和术前准备,构建个体化体外循环手术方案,实施极高危早产儿紧急救护措施。通过8 d的有效救治及护理,该产妇病情稳定并顺利出院。新生儿状态良好,监护室观察治疗1个月余出院。出院后定期随访,产妇状态恢复佳。This paper reviews the clinical data of a case of sudden heart failure in pregnancy with double outlet right ventricle,and summarizes the experience of emergency nursing.In view of the extremely high pulmonary arterial pressure,the rapid development of heart failure symptoms,and the need for emergency cesarean section to ensure the safety of mother and child.It is necessary to start a rapid multidisciplinary joint treatment process,including rapid identification of early symptoms of acute heart failure,building a multidisciplinary treatment team,optimizing the transport process and preoperative preparation,constructing an individualized extracorporeal circulation surgery plan,and implementing emergency care measures for very high-risk premature infants.After 8 d of effective treatment and care,the woman is stabilized and discharged.The newborn is in good condition and was discharged from the intensive care unit for more than 1 month.The mother recovers well with regular follow-up after discharge.
