摘　　要：随着经济全球化的发展,各国之间的交流不断加深,国际经济贸易成为国家经济发展的重要平台。我国有很多涉外企业经常与国际经济市场保持联系。然而,在新形势下,国际经济贸易依然存在一定的外汇风险,直接影响企业的经济效益,也影响国家经济的发展。基于此,本文从外汇风险的主要成因以及具体类型出发,对当前国际外汇风险的主要影响进行分析,以D企业为例,提出在国际经济贸易中针对外汇风险的防范措施,以期为我国对外贸易事业的发展提供借鉴。With the deepening of economic globalization,international economic trade has become one of the major driving forces for economic growth.With the increase of exchanges between countries,the foreign exchange risk in international economic trade has gradually emerged,which has seriously affected the stability of China’s foreign-related economy.In view of this,this paper sets out to explore the main foreign exchange risks in international economic trade and their impact on enterprises,with the focus on the causes of foreign exchange risks,and puts forward some preventive measures to provide reference for the development of China’s foreign trade.
