摘　　要：随着大连市软件服务外包规模不断扩大,软件服务外包产业已经成为大连城市经济增长的首要推动力。在政府的支持和推动下,大连市软件服务外包逐渐走向世界,使之成为外资企业投资服务外包较为集中的城市。本文利用SWOT分析法对大连市软件服务外包的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行分析,进而提出了优化发展环境、大力培养软件服务产业人才、进一步开拓外包市场等对策建议,以期为大连市软件服务外包未来发展提供新的思路。With the continuous expanding scale,the software service outsourcing industry has become the major driver for economic growth of Dalian city.With the support and promotion of the government,Dalian software service outsourcing has gradually gone global,making Dalian a major city for foreign companies to invest in service outsourcing.This paper aims to apply SWOT analysis to explore the strengths,flaws,opportunities and challenges of the industry,and then puts forward suggestions such as optimizing the market environment,vigorously cultivating talents in software service industry and further expanding the outsourcing market,in order to provide new ideas for the sound development of software service outsourcing in Dalian.
