摘　　要：科技期刊凝集多种学术资源,是科技信息的载体,也是科技信息的重要传播渠道。专业类科技期刊分属不同的行业,处于各自所属行业的产业链中。在传统纸媒日渐式微和媒体融合大趋势下,湖北省信息院学术期刊通过面向学术,发掘期刊学术资源价值;面向政府,建设特色科技智库;面向产业,开发创新平台和产品;媒体融合,再造核心竞争力等途径,可以实现科技期刊信息服务产业链的有效延伸,从而实现学术期刊业务再造与价值提升。Science and technology journals are the carriers and important dissemination channels of sci&tech information.Professional sci&tech journals belong to different industries and are in their respective industry chains.Under the trend of declining traditional paper media and media integration,Hubei Provincial Information Institute have taken effective measures to realize the extension of the industry chain of sci&tech journals and achieved business re-engineering and value enhancement through tapping the value of academic journals,building sci&tech think tanks,developing innovative platforms and products,strengthening core competitiveness through media integration.
