数字经济时代背景下就业与创业教育优化路径选择

摘　　要：随着数字经济时代的快速发展和经济产业机构的不断变革,社会、企业对人才的要求越来越严格,高校也越来越重视创新创业教育。针对当前就业与创业指导教育专业特色不明显、指导发展失衡以及机构设置不完善等问题,本文认为各高校应在深入了解社会发展与人才市场需求的基础上,应通过加强学院师资建设,完善就业创业相关理论教学体系,增强学生就业创业意识和能力,同时加强校企合作,增设就业与创业指导机构等措施来保障就业与创业教育的成效。With the booming of the digital economy and the continuous upgrading of economic and industrial structures,the society and enterprises have put forward higher and higher requirements for talents,therefore,universities have been attaching increasing attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education.In view of the current problems such as the lack of professional characteristics of employment and entrepreneurship education,insufficient guidance and imperfect institutional settings,this paper argues that universities should,on the basis of an in-depth understanding of social development trend and market demand,enhance students’awareness and ability of employment and entrepreneurship by strengthening the construction of teaching faculty,perfecting the relevant teaching system,and boosting school-enterprise cooperation and establishing more guidance institutions,for the purpose of boosting the effectiveness of employment and entrepreneurship education.
