云南省不同计价标准下的污水管网工程造价对比分析

摘　　要：计价标准是编制建设工程投资估算、设计概算、施工图预算、合理确定工程造价的基础资料和主要依据;是施工组织设计时,确定劳动力、建筑材料、成品、半成品和建筑机械需要量的依据;是施工企业进行经济核算,开展经济活动分析的依据。云南省住房和城乡建设厅颁布了《云南省建设工程造价计价标准(2020版)》,为了更深入地了解云南省建设工程造价计价标准的变化,文章以农村生活污水管网为例,从费用构成和造价水平两个方面分析《云南省市政工程计价标准》(DBJ 53T-59—2020)和此前的《云南省市政工程消耗量定额》(DBJ 53/T-59—2013)两者的差异,以供相关研究人员参考。Charge standard is the basic data and main basis for compiling construction project investment estimate,design budgetary estimate, construction drawing budget and reasonably determining project cost. It is the basis for determining the required labor force, building materials,finished products, semi-finished products and construction machinery during construction organization design. It is the basis for construction enterprises to conduct economic accounting and carry out economic activity analysis. Yunnan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has promulgated Yunnan Provincial Construction Project Cost Charge Standard( 2020 Edition). In order to better understand the changes in the cost charge standard of construction projects in Yunnan Province, this paper takes the rural domestic sewage pipe network as an example to analyze the difference between the Yunnan Provincial Municipal Engineering Charge Standard( DBJ 53T-59-2020)and the previous Yunnan Provincial Municipal Engineering Consumption Quota( DBJ 53/T-59-2013) in terms of cost composition and cost level, for the reference of relevant researchers.
