摘 要:电力物资是电网建设的重要物质基础,其供应模式和物流效率对工程建设进度、电网企业生产建设的安全可靠性有着重要影响。同时,随着经济社会不断发展,物流地位日益凸显,并更加现代化、体系化。文中从现代物流体系视角出发,综合分析各物流模式适用条件,并考虑电网物资特点,设计差异化物流网络与模式,有效支撑电网现代物流体系建设,促进电网企业长期健康发展。Power grid materials are the important material basis of power grid enterprises.Their supply mode and logistics efficiency have an important impact on the progress of project construction and the safety and reliability of production and construction of power grid enterprises.At the same time,with the continuous development of economy and society,the status of logistics has become increasingly prominent,and it has become more modern and systematic.From the perspective of modern logistics system,this paper comprehensively analyzes the applicable conditions of various logistics modes,and considering the characteristics of power grid materials,designs differentiated logistics networks and modes,so as to effectively support the construction of modern logistics system of power grid,and promote the long-term healthy development of power grid enterprises.
