浅谈混合式英文文献阅读在妇产科专业型硕士研究生规范化培训中的作用

摘　　要：专业型硕士研究生是培养高层次专业人才的主要途径。英文文献阅读能力的培养在科技创新人才战略过程中有着至关重要的作用。专业型硕士研究生需要具备有熟练阅读英文文献的能力,为以后的临床科研工作奠定基础。如何高效地培养这一能力,广州医科大学附属第二医院妇产科教研室的带教老师们通过从英文文献阅读的探索和实践出发,阐述了本院对专业型硕士研究生采用的混合式英文文献阅读的培养方法,通过对英文文献阅读的意义、具体的实施方式以及各方面的局限性进行了分析总结。Professional master's degree is the main way to cultivate high-level professional talents.The cultivation of English literature reading ability plays a crucial role in the process of science and technology innovation talent strategy.Professional master's students need to have the ability to read English literature proficiently to lay the foundation for future clinical research work.How to efficiently develop this ability,the teachers of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Second Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University have explored and practiced from the English literature reading,it has described the hybrid approach to the training of English literature reading adopted by our institute for professional master students.The meaning of English literature reading,the specific implementation method and the limitations of each aspect are analyzed and summarized.
