摘  要:新医改政策的不断推出,使公立医院面临新的利益调整,意味着公立医院需要做出相应的变革。公立医院为适应外部环境变化,必须要建立有责任、有激励的内部绩效管理体系,调动员工主观能动性,促进公立医院持续、健康发展。本文在介绍绩效管理理论和工具的基础上,结合Z公立医院实际情况和绩效管理过程中发现的问题,寻找公立医院在绩效管理方面存在的问题,提出改进措施,为公立医院的绩效管理提供一些借鉴。The continuous introduction of new medical reform policies has caused public hospitals to face new interest adjustments,which means that public hospitals need to make corresponding changes.In order to adapt to the changes in the external environment,public hospitals must establish an internal performance management system with responsibilities and incentives to mobilize employees'subjective motivation and promote the sustainable and healthy development of public hospitals.Based on the introduction of performance management theories and tools,this paper combines the actual situation of Z public hospitals and the problems found in the process of performance management to find the problems of public hospitals in performance management and propose improvement measures to provide some reference for the performance management of public hospitals.
