摘 要:目的分析动态护理绩效在病区护理管理中的应用效果,明确其临床使用价值。方法以安陆市普爱医院2019年1月—2020年12月血肿瘤科护理人员30名作为研究对象,于2020年1—12月予以动态化护理绩效考核。将实施动态化护理绩效考核前(2019年1—12月)与实施后护理人员的护理质量、护理失误事件、患者满意度、医师满意度与实施后进行比较。结果在实施动态护理绩效前护理人员基础护理、病房管理、安全管理、健康教育等指标相较于实施后,明显偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施动态护理绩效管理后,护理失误事件发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施动态护理绩效管理后,患者对满意度、医师对护理满意度相较于实施前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病区护理管理中,实施动态护理绩效管理,可提高护理人员的综合素养,保证护理质量,优化患者和医师对护理服务的满意度,降低护理失误的可能,具有较高的临床适用价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of dynamic nursing performance in ward nursing management and clarify its clinical use value.Methods Thirty nursing staff of the Department of Hematology and Oncology of Anlu Pu′ai Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were used as the study subjects,and they were subjected to dynamic nursing performance assessment from January to December 2020.The nursing quality,nursing error events,patient satisfaction,and physician satisfaction of the 30 nursing staff before the implementation of dynamic nursing performance assessment from January to December 2019 were compared with those after the implementation.Results Before the implementation of dynamic nursing performance,nursing staff indicators of basic nursing care,ward management,safety management,and health education were significantly lower compared to those after implementation,and the were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the implementation of dynamic nursing performance management,the incidence of nursing error events was lower than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of dynamic nursing performance management,patient satisfaction and physician satisfaction with nursing care were significantly higher compared with those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of the ward,the implementation of dynamic nursing performance management can improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff,ensure nursing quality,optimize the satisfaction of patients and physicians with nursing services,and reduce the possibility of nursing errors,which has a high clinical application value.
