摘　　要：由于妇产科医务工作的特殊性,医务人员面临着各种职业暴露,一旦发生职业暴露,除影响医疗工作顺利进行外,还会对医务人员生理、心理产生一定影响。本文以妇产科医务人员为例,对其职业暴露危险因素进行分析,同时总结防护对策,并进行综述,分析妇产科医务人员职业暴露危险因素,探讨开展防护对策的重要性,提示妇产科管理者及医务人员应从多方面、多角度加强职业防护,减少职业暴露。Due to the special nature of medical work in obstetrics and gynecology,medical personnel are exposed to various kinds of occupational exposures,and once occupational exposures occur,it will not only affect the smooth progress of medical work,but also have certain physiological and psychological effects on medical personnel.This paper analyzes the risk factors of occupational exposure for obstetrics and takes gynecology medical personnel as an example,and summarizes the protective countermeasures and conducts a review to analyze the risk factors of occupational exposure for obstetrics and gynecology medical personnel,discuss the importance of carrying out protective countermeasures,and suggest that obstetrics and gynecology managers and medical personnel should strengthen occupational protection from various aspects and angles to reduce occupational exposure.
