摘　　要：目的收集医院门诊存在的不合理用药问题,并给出相关护理管理对策。方法对浠水县人民医院门诊26名护理工作人员的用药情况进行全面调查,按照时间分法,以2022年1月前为管理前,2022年1—5月为管理后(实施门诊用药护理管理措施),对比管理前后的不合理用药问题发生率。结果该次调查合计发现16例次不合理用药,占科室总调查用药行为的61.56%。收集统计致使用药不合理问题出现的原因和占比,患者方面2例,占比12.50%,护理人员方面12名,占比75.00%,管理方面2名,占比12.50%。在管理后,出现了1例次不合理用药事件,其出现率为3.85%,明显低于管理前的61.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊不合理用药问题比较突出,故医院需要定期对该科室用药情况进行检查,可定期组织培训和考核,同时健全并根据实际情况灵活调整管理制度,确保可规范护理人员的用药行为,降低不合理用药问题的发生率,提高科室的用药质量。Objective To collect the problems of irrational drug use in hospital outpatient clinics and give related nursing management countermeasures.Methods A comprehensive survey was conducted on the medication use of 26 nursing staff in the outpatient clinic of Xishui County People's Hospital,with a pre-management before January 2022 and a post-management from January to May 2022 according to the time division(implementation of outpatient medication care management measures).The incidence of unreasonable medication problems was compared with the pre and post management comparisons.Results A total of 16 cases of irrational medication use were found in this survey,accounting for 61.56%of the medication behavior of investigations in the department.The causes and percentages that led to the emergence of irrational medication problems were collected and counted:2 cases(12.50%)on the part of patients,12 cases(75.00%)on the part of nursing staff,and 2 cases(12.50%)on the part of management.After the management,there was one case of irrational medication event,and its occurrence rate was 3.85%,which was significantly lower than 61.56%before the management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem of unreasonable medication use in the outpatient clinic is more prominent,so the hospital needs to regularly inspect the medication use in this department,and can organize regular training and assessment,and at the same time,improve and flexibly adjust the management system according to the actual situation to ensure that the medication use behavior of nursing staff can be regulated,reduce the incidence of unreasonable medication use problems,and improve the medication quality of the department.
