护士分层管理对乳腺外科护士护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究护士分层管理在乳腺外科护士管理中应用价值。方法选取2020年1—12月聊城市人民医院36名护士为对照组,2021年1—12月本院36名护士为观察组。对照组接受常规管理模式,观察组在常规管理模式基础上加用护士分层管理,对比两组护理质量、考核成绩、护理投诉和满意情况。结果两组管理前护理质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组管理后基础护理、病房管理、护理文书、健康教育评分相比管理前明显较高,护理缺陷评分相比管理前明显较低,且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组管理前理论知识、实践操作成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组管理后理论知识、实践操作成绩相比管理前明显较高,且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理投诉率(8.33%)相比对照组(27.78%)明显较低,且满意度(97.22%)相比对照组(72.22%)明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层管理可提升患者护理质量,提升考核成绩,减少护理投诉,备受患者满意。Objective To study the application value of nurse hierarchical management in the management of breast surgery nurses..Methods 36 nurses of Liaocheng People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 36 nurses of our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group received the conventional management mode,while the observation group added nurse stratified management on the basis of the conventional management mode.The nursing quality,assessment performance,nursing complaints and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the nursing quality scores between the two groups before management(P>0.05);the scores of basic nursing,ward management,nursing paperwork and health education were significantly higher in both groups after management compared with those before management,and the scores of nursing defects were significantly lower compared with those before management,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of the two groups before management(P>0.05),after management,the theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of the two groups were significantly higher compared with those before management,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing complaints rate in the observation group were significantly lower at 8.33%compared to 27.78%in the control group,and satisfaction was significantly higher at 97.22%compared to 72.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse stratification management can improve the quality of patient care,enhance assessment scores,reduce nursing complaints,and is highly satisfactory to patients.
