摘　　要：目的探讨供应室的信息化管理对控制院内感染的可行性。方法选取2020年9月—2021年9月山东省公共卫生临床中心消毒供应中心工作人员114名作为研究对象,于2020年9月—2021年2月以采取常规方式开展工作的57名工作人员作为常规组,于2021年3—9月以在常规工作中结合信息化管理新型方式工作的57名工作人员作为观察组。对比两组在院内发生感染的概率、工作质量评估及器械清洗合格率。结果观察组工作质量评分、无菌区管理评分、污染区管理评分、安全管理评分、器械清洗合格率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总感染率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对供应室实行信息化管理能够有效提高供应室工作质量、降低院内感染发生概率。Objective To explore the feasibility of information management in the supply room for controlling nosocomial infection.Methods 114 staff members of the sterile supply center of Shandong Province Public Health Clinical Center from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The 57 staff members who worked in a routine way from September 2020 to February 2021 were taken as the conventional group,and the 57 staff members who worked in a routine way combined with the new way of information-based management from March to September 2021 were taken as the observation group.The probability of infection in the hospital,the quality of work assessment and the qualification rate of instrument cleaning were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher work quality score,sterile area management score,contaminated area management score,safety management score,and qualified rate of instrument cleaning than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of information-based management in the supply room can effectively improve the quality of work in the supply room and reduce the probability of nosocomial infection.
