摘  要:目的研究农村学校应用生活饮用水与环境卫生干预的效果。方法于2021年1月—2021年12月选择青岛西海岸新区两所农村学校的90名学生作为研究对象,于本地区应用生活饮用水与环境卫生干预,观察比较学生干预前后饮用生水率、卫生知识知晓率及卫生行为形成率。结果相比于干预前,干预后学生饮用生水率明显更低,卫生知识知晓率显著更高,卫生行为形成率显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对农村学校应用生活饮用水与环境卫生干预效果显著,可加深学生对卫生知识的了解,改善学生饮用生水状况,帮助学生养成卫生行为。Objective To study the effect of applying living drinking water and environmental sanitation interventions in rural schools.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,90 students from two rural schools in Qingdao West Coast New Area were selected as the study subjects to apply the drinking water and environmental sanitation intervention in this area.The rate of drinking raw water,knowledge of hygiene and formation of hygienic behavior were compared before and after the intervention.Results Compared with the pre-intervention period,the students had a significantly lower rate of drinking raw water,a significantly higher rate of hygiene knowledge,and a significantly higher rate of hygiene behavior formation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of drinking water and environmental sanitation intervention to rural schools is effective,can deepen students'knowledge of hygiene,improve students'drinking raw water,and help students develop hygienic behaviors.
