摘　　要：目的为分析赣州市公共场所室内空气、用品用具微生物监测结果,评价该市公共场所卫生水平,为今后卫生监管提供依据。方法依据GB/T18204.4-2013《公共场所卫生检验方法》,于2017年6月—2021年7月对赣州市公共场所室内空气、用品用具微生物进行检测。结果5年共监测公共场所158家,合格的场所95家,合格率为60.13%,检测公共用品用具4492份,合格4155份,合格率为92.50%。酒店、美容院、理发店、淋浴会所、候车室样品合格率分别为96.31%、70.74%、64.94%、86.47%、64.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按公共场所监测项目分类,15类公共用品用具卫生检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中面盆,拖鞋,扶手合格率较低,分别为46.77%,47.06%,59.72%。结论赣州市公共场所用品用具卫生状况较好,但面盆,拖鞋,扶手合格率较低,今后应加强这些物品的卫生监测,提高卫生质量。Objective To analyze the microbiological monitoring results of indoor air,supplies and utensils in public places in Ganzhou city,evaluate the hygiene level of public places in the city,and provide a basis for future health supervision.Methods Based on GB/T18204.4-2013"Public places hygiene test methods",the indoor air,supplies and utensils microorganisms in public places in Ganzhou City were tested from June 2017 to July 2021.Results In 5 years,158 public places were monitored,95 of which were qualified,with a qualification rate of 60.13%.4492 public appliances were tested,4155 of which were qualified,with a qualification rate of 92.50%.Hotel,beauty salon,barber store,shower club,waiting room samples qualified rate of 96.31%,70.74%,64.94%,86.47%,64.63%,respectively,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the classification of monitoring items in public places,the sanitary test results of 15 types of public appliances are compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,basin,slippers,handrails qualified rate is lower,respectively 46.77%,47.06%,59.72%.Conclusion The sanitary condition of supplies and utensils in public places in Ganzhou is good,but the qualified rates of basin,slippers and handrails are low,and the sanitary monitoring of these items should be strengthened in the future to improve the sanitary quality.
