关于大型公立医院后勤人才队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：本文阐述了医院后勤人才队伍建设的重要性,介绍了某大型公立三甲医院后勤人才队伍现状,分析了后勤人才队伍建设存在的年龄、学历、专业、认同感等方面的问题,提出了树立良好的人才观、大力引进优秀人才、丰富人才培养模式、设立科学考核激励手段、营造良好团队文化5个具体对策,提出医院要结合实际,通过内培外引,强化团队建设,重视考核激励,保障后勤人才队伍的可持续、高质量发展。This paper explains the importance of hospital logistics talent team construction,introduces the current situation of logistics talent team in a large public tertiary hospital,analyzes the problems of age,education,professionalism and identity in logistics talent team construction,and proposes to establish a good talent concept,vigorously introduce excellent talents,and enrich the talent training mode,puts forward five specific countermeasures to establish a good talent concept,vigorously introduce outstanding talents,enrich the talent training mode,sets up scientific assessment and incentive means,and creates a good team culture,and puts forward that the hospital should combine the actual.Through internal training and external attraction,strengthening team building and attaching importance to assessment and incentive,the sustainable and high-quality development of logistics talent team is guaranteed.
