摘 要:医院后勤保障服务工作较为复杂,不仅承担着医院建筑规划,医疗用房扩建,医疗环境保洁绿化,维护水电冷暖,管理膳食,办公家具设备采购等,同时也是保证医疗基础质量和安全的基本要素之一。虽然医院管理有一定的提升,但医院后勤管理方法落后,不能满足现阶段医院的发展的步伐,对医院运营不利。因此,为充分提高医院后勤保障服务能力,明确各岗位人员职责,提高运行效果,本文通过采取精细化管理方法,对其概念,运用现状及注意事项等进行分析,并基于此提出相应的措施,如完善相关管理制度、提高思想认知、控制管理运行成本、完善采购及合同签订流程等,以提高后勤保障服务能力。Although hospital management has been improved to a certain extent,hospital logistics management methods are backward and cannot meet the pace of hospital development at this stage,which is unfavorable to hospital operation.Therefore,in order to fully improve the ability of hospital logistics support services,the responsibilities of each post personnel are clearly defined and the operation effect is improved.This paper analyzes the concept,the current situation of application and precautions by adopting the refined management method.And based on this,we propose corresponding measures,such as improving the relevant management system,improving the ideological awareness,controlling the management operation cost,improving the procurement and contract signing process,etc.,in order to improve the logistics support service capacity.
