摘　　要：院前急救用药有着一定的特殊性特征,其要求非常严格,表现为快速、有效和安全,一旦引起疏忽将会产生医患纠纷现象。怎样从急救环节中有效解决和缓解患者病情,让患者健康痊愈,保障用药安全是面临的一项难点。本文主要分析了急救用药期间存在的相关问题,在探究用药风险的基础上提出了合理的解决措施,从健全院前急救药品管理体系、提升药品管理效率、强化医护人员业务培训等多方面入手,在保障院前急救用药安全的基础上为人们提供良好服务。Pre-hospital emergency medication has certain special characteristics.Its requirements are very strict,which are fast,effective and safe.Once negligence is caused,the phenomenon of doctor-patient disputes will arise.How to effectively solve and alleviate the patient's condition,let the patient heal healthily and ensure the safety of medication administration is a difficult issue.In this paper,we analyze the problems that exist during emergency drug administration and propose reasonable solutions based on the exploration of drug administration risks.The paper aims to provide good services to people on the basis of ensuring the safety of pre-hospital emergency medication use by improving the pre-hospital emergency medication management system,enhancing the efficiency of medication management and strengthening the training of medical and nursing personnel.
