摘　　要：本文从影响临床输血质量与安全的危险因素展开分析,发现导致临床输血失败的主要原因通常与医护人员的输血操作、专业素养和血液质量有关,为降低临床输血的不良风险,本文针对上述输血中存在的风险因素,提出相应的解决措施和防控办法,以期提高广大医护人员的输血安全意识和管理水平,同时为临床输血提出一些可供参考的建议。This article analyzes the risk factors that affect the quality and safety of clinical blood transfusion,and finds that the main reason for the failure of clinical blood transfusion is usually related to the blood transfusion operation,professional quality and blood quality of medical staff.In order to reduce the adverse risks of clinical blood transfusion,this article puts forward corresponding solutions and prevention and control measures for the above risk factors in blood transfusion,in order to improve the awareness and management level of blood transfusion safety of medical staff,At the same time,some suggestions for clinical blood transfusion are put forward.
