摘　　要：目的分析医院-社区-家庭护理网络平台在全科医学科管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—6月南华大学附属长沙中心医院全科医学科工作的医务人员14名纳入对照组,开展传统方式管理;选取2021年7—12月本院同一科室工作的医务人员14名纳入观察组,开展医院-社区-家庭护理网络平台管理。比较两组医务人员管理后的测评成绩、管理能力、照护患者对管理服务的满意度。结果观察组测评成绩、管理能力、照护患者对管理服务的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将医院-社区-家庭护理网络平台管理运用在全科医学科管理中,可增强医务人员的理论认知,锻炼医务人员的管理能力,提高照护患者对管理服务的满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of hospital-community-home care network platform in the management of general medicine department.Methods 14 medical staff working in the Department of General Medicine,Changsha Central Hospital,affiliated to South China University from January to June 2021 were selected to be included in the control group and managed in the traditional way.14 medical staff working in the same department of the hospital from July to December 2021 were selected and included in the observation group to carry out hospital-community-home care network platform management.The assessment scores,management ability,and satisfaction of caregivers with the management services were compared between the two groups.Results The assessment scores,management ability,and satisfaction of care patients with management services in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the management of hospital-community-home care network platform in the management of general medicine department can enhance the theoretical cognition of medical staff,exercise the management ability of medical staff,and improve the satisfaction of care patients with management services.
