摘  要:目的探讨医学生采用基于急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)的参与式教学模式对学习兴趣及临床科研思维能力的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月在郑州市第七人民医院实习的60名医学生为研究对象,根据随机摸球法分为观察组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组采用常规教学模式,观察组采用基于AKI的参与式教学模式,比较两组医学生考核成绩、学习兴趣及临床科研思维能力。结果教学后,观察组理论成绩及实践成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习兴趣较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,观察组CCTDI评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学生采用基于AKI的参与式教学模式,能够提高医学生考核成绩、学习兴趣及临床科研思维能力。Objective To explore the effect of medical students'adoption of an acute kidney injury(AKI)-based participatory teaching model on their learning interest and clinical research thinking skills.Methods 60 medical students who practiced at the Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the random ball touching method.The control group used the conventional teaching mode and the observation group used the participatory teaching mode based on AKI.The assessment scores,learning interest and clinical research thinking ability of medical students in the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the theoretical and practical scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The interest in learning in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the CCTDI scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of AKI-based participatory teaching model for medical students can improve their assessment scores,learning interest and clinical research thinking ability.
