摘　　要：目的了解深圳市坪山区社会办医疗机构公共卫生的情况,为相关部门有针对性地开展社会办医疗机构公共卫生检查工作提供参考。方法于2022年6—7月深圳市坪山区卫生监督所卫生监督员对131家深圳市坪山区社会办医疗机构公共卫生情况进行现场监督检查。从社会办医疗机构公共卫生的整体情况,社会办医疗机构的地理位置、经营性质、诊疗科目对社会办医疗机构公共卫生的影响以及公共卫生检查结果不合格的社会办医疗机构的整改情况对社会办医疗机构公共卫生情况进行全面分析。结果101家社会办医疗机构公共卫生检查结果合格,30家社会办医疗机构公共卫生检查结果不合格。不同街道的医疗机构公共卫生检查结果的合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同经营性质、不同诊疗科目的医疗机构公共卫生检查结果合格率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论绝大多数社会办医疗机构的公共卫生检查结果是合格的。社会办医疗机构的公共卫生情况跟其街道分布有关,与其经营性质、诊疗科目无关。Objective To understand the situation of public health in socially run medical institutions in Pingshan District,Shenzhen,and to provide reference for relevant departments to carry out targeted public health inspections in socially run medical institutions.Methods From June to July 2022,health supervisors of the Shenzhen Pingshan District Health Supervision Institute conducted on-site supervision and inspection of public health in 131 socially run medical institutions in Pingshan District,Shenzhen.A comprehensive analysis of the public health situation of socially run medical institutions was conducted in terms of the overall situation of public health in socially run medical institutions,the impact of the geographical location,nature of operation,and treatment subjects of socially run medical institutions on the public health of socially run medical institutions,and the rectification of socially run medical institutions with unqualified public health inspection results.Results 101 socially run medical institutions with qualified public health inspection results and 30 socially run medical institutions with unqualified public health inspection results.Compared the passing rate of public health inspection results of medical institutions in different streets,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the passing rate of public health inspection results of medical institutions with different business nature and different diagnosis and treatment subjects,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The public health inspection results of the vast majority of socially run medical institutions were qualified.The public health situation of socially run medical institutions is related to their street distribution,not to their business nature or diagnosis and treatment subjects.
