2015—2019年潍坊市固定献血点区位要素及无偿献血人群年龄性别特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析潍坊市固定献血点全血采集情况与献血点区位要素的相关关系及各献血点人群特征,尝试为固定献血点的建设及献血招募提出有效策略。方法收集2015年1月—2019年12月全市固定献血点全血采集信息,分析其人群特征及献血点所具备的区位要素总得分与采血效果之间的关系。结果潍坊市2015—2019年全血采血人次逐年增长,固定献血点采血人次逐年下降,男性多于女性。献血者平均年龄增加2.91岁,男性平均年龄比女性大2.53岁。18~25岁组女性献血者比例高于男性。26~35岁年龄段献血者比例最高,但大致呈逐年下降趋势,46~60岁者所占比例逐年上升。固定献血点的采血人次、采血量及其具备的区位要素得分成正相关,献血点的区位要素是采血量、采血人次的影响因素。结论献血点的区位要素是采血量、采血人次的影响因素,在设立献血点的选择上应当充分考虑当地的地域特点,合理规划、设置献血点。2015—2019年潍坊市固定献血点献血人次逐年下降,应根据该无偿献血人群特征,积极改善血源结构、充分挖掘献血潜力,创新组织和招募模式,建立潍坊市无偿献血长效机制。Objective To analyze the correlation between whole blood collection at fixed blood donation sites and the location elements of blood donation sites and the characteristics of the population at each blood donation site in Weifang City.To try to propose effective strategies for the construction of fixed blood donation sites and blood donation recruitment.Methods Information on whole blood collection at fixed blood donation sites in the city from January 2015 to December 2019 was collected.The relationship between their population characteristics and the total score of locational factors possessed by the blood donation sites and the effect of blood collection was analyzed.Results The number of whole blood collection in Weifang City increased year by year from 2015 to 2019.The number of blood collection at fixed blood donation sites decreased year by year,and there were more men than women.The average age of blood donors increased by 2.91 years,and the average age of males was 2.53 years older than that of females.The proportion of female blood donors was higher than that of males in the 18-25 age group.The proportion of donors in the 26-35 age group was the highest,but with a roughly decreasing trend year by year,and the proportion of those aged 46-60 increased year by year.The number of blood donations,the volume of blood collection and the location of blood donation sites were positively correlated,and the location of blood donation sites was the influencing factor of the volume and number of blood donations.Conclusion The locational factors of blood donation sites are the influencing factors of blood collection volume and blood collection attendance,and the selection of setting up blood donation sites should fully consider the local geographical characteristics and reasonably plan and set up blood donation sites.The number of blood donations at fixed blood donation sites in Weifang City decreased year by year from 2015 to 2019,and according to the characteristics of this population of blood donors,we should activ
