摘　　要：本文以文献综述和分析作为主要研究内容,在总结大量相关文献研究特征的基础上,提出区域性一体化化学伤害应急救治平台的理念,探索建立以“信息化、数据化、网络化、智能化”为中心的未来化学伤害一体化应急救治平台,为全面提升区域化学伤害应急救援保障能力提供有力的理论和应用支撑,为政府在智慧化工园区的治理和决策方面提供专业性建议。This paper takes literature review and analysis as the main research content,and proposes the concept of regional integrated chemical injury emergency rescue and treatment platform on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of a large number of relevant literature studies,and explores the establishment of a future integrated chemical injury emergency rescue and treatment platform centered on"informationization,data,networking and intelligence".It provides strong theoretical and application support for the comprehensive improvement of the regional chemical injury emergency rescue and protection capability,and provides professional suggestions for the government in the governance and decision-making of the smart chemical park.
