火龙罐治疗剖宫产术后尿潴留的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析火龙罐治疗剖宫产术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年4月清远市中医院收治的剖宫产术后尿潴留患者44例为观察对象,采用随机抽样法分为对照组与观察组,各22例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予火龙罐治疗。比较两组患者术后排尿情况、残余尿量、术后重插尿管比例、疼痛评分、排尿情况、不良反应发生率、临床效果。结果:观察组排尿恢复正常时间、治疗后首次正常排尿时间、残余尿量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后重插尿管比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后48、72 h,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排尿通畅率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在剖宫产术后尿潴留治疗中使用火龙罐,有助于优化剖宫产患者术后排尿情况,降低残余尿量,减轻患者排尿不适感及疼痛感,提高排尿通畅率,降低术后泌尿系感染风险,临床治疗效果显著。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of fire dragon cup in the treatment of urinary retention after cesarean section.Methods:44 patients with urinary retention after cesarean section admitted to Qingyuan City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group using random sampling method,22 cases each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given fire dragon cup treatment on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of postoperative urination,residual urine volume,postoperative reintubation rate,pain score,urination,incidence of adverse reactions,and clinical effects.Results:The time to return to normal urination,time to first normal urination after treatment,and residual urine volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of postoperative reinsertion of urinary catheter in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 48 and 72 h after surgery,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of urinary patency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of fire dragon cup in the treatment of urinary retention after cesarean section helps optimize the postoperative urination of patients with cesarean section,reduce the amount of residual urine,alleviate t
